Carl Safina to deliver keynote speech for the Kaskazi Environmental Alliance. Carl will discuss filming the episode from his Saving the Ocean PBS series, “The Sacred Island,” which takes viewers to Zanzibar, off the East African coast, where local villagers fought a resort development in their pristine reefs and lagoons through a combination of activism, education, and regulation.
