The Safina Center employs the following privacy policy to provide protection of your personal information:

Gathering and sharing of personal information

The Safina Center currently collects name, address, telephone, e‐mail and contribution information about its donors, as provided by you. All information is used for the sole purpose of communicating with you, sending occasional informational bulletins, annual reports, and e‐mail notifications regarding Safina Center programs and events. Donors’ personal information is kept strictly confidential and is never released to any other organizations.

Donor crediting is made in Safina Center publications such as its annual report. Donors wishing to remain anonymous or wishing to be removed from our mailing list can do so by e‐mailing adminATsafinacenter.org or writing to: Business Manager, Blue Ocean Institute, Nassau Hall, Suite#111, School of Marine and Atmospheric Sciences, Stony Brook University, Stony Brook, NY 11794-5000.
